Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients.
\n
• Delivering therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role has a primary focus on working with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. Our clients may present with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The LPC will be pivotal in providing support and fostering resilience in these at-risk populations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundational understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that allow for rapport building with a varied clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and caseload availability. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
