QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong domain expertise in MarTech, Offer Management, and Campaign platforms . The ideal candidate will have a deep background in test planning, execution, and automation , along with hands‑on experience in modern testing tools and data validation techniques . Key Responsibilities 1. Test Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle. Requirement analysis. Test strategy and test plan creation. Test case design and execution. Defect tracking and reporting. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure quality delivery. Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing. 2. Automation Testing (Playwright) Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright. Implement robust UI and API automation suites to support CI/CD pipelines. Improve automation coverage, stability, and execution time. Strong understanding of customer offers/promotions lifecycle; eligibility rules, segmentation, targeting. Hands‑on experience with campaign management workflows: campaign creation, offer delivery and tracking. Platforms Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Naehas or similar offer/configuration management platforms. Familiarity with customer journey orchestration. Technical Skills API Testing Strong experience testing RESTful APIs: request/response validation, mocking/stubbing services, Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks. Validate API integrations within campaign and offer workflows. Data Testing & Validation Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL validation, and data consistency between systems (UI API Database). Validate offer eligibility logic and event tracking/reporting metrics. AI & Modern SDLC Exposure Familiarity with AI‑driven SDLC tools such as AI‑assisted test case generation and self‑healing automation frameworks. Exposure to modern development practices: Agile / Scrum. Additional Expectations Strong debugging and root‑cause analysis skills. Work in complex, data‑heavy enterprise systems. Experience in cross‑system integrations (CRM, CDP, marketing tools). Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of event streaming systems (Kafka, etc.). Performance testing exposure (JMeter, LoadRunner). Summary of Ideal Candidate A strong QA professional who understands both technology and marketing workflows, can validate complex offer/personalization systems, has hands‑on expertise in automation, APIs, and data validation, and is comfortable working with modern Martech ecosystems.
