Sales Manager

PCGI Consulting is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to support growth within our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. This individual will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting or professional services and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a highly visible role that works directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and help shape go-to-market strategies.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
• Conduct outbound business development activities including prospecting, account outreach, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on lead generation strategies and target account identification.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic alliance partners including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and other technology providers.
• Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Work closely with marketing and digital teams to develop content supporting sales and brand awareness initiatives.
• Identify and represent PCGI at industry conferences, networking events, and Healthcare & Life Sciences forums.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
• Support the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and account growth.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience selling consulting services, professional services, technology solutions, or data analytics services.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data platforms including Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
