Pay: $35.00–$38.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

Lead High-Impact Construction Projects from the Field Up

We are seeking an experienced Project Carpenter Lead to take charge of field execution, coordination, and delivery of construction and maintenance projects across multiple active job sites in the Cincinnati, OH area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled carpenter who thrives in the field, enjoys leading crews, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee subcontractors and field teams while also performing hands-on carpentry work as needed to keep projects moving.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate construction and maintenance projects from start through closeout

• Develop and manage short-term and look-ahead schedules to maintain productivity and efficiency

• Supervise subcontractors and field associates, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met

• Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, and finishes as needed

• Install and complete interior systems such as metal stud or wood framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, doors, trim, casework, flooring, and specialty installations

• Monitor labor, materials, and project costs while identifying risks and recommending corrective actions

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for project communication with leadership and clients

• Document daily work activity, field conditions, and project progress including reports, timesheets, and job updates

• Manage punch lists, corrective work, and project closeout activities

• Enforce job-site safety standards and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 5–10 years of carpentry experience in commercial construction or maintenance

• 1–3 years of project or crew leadership experience managing work scopes over $10K

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Strong hands-on carpentry skills including framing, drywall, doors, trim, ceilings, and finishes

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active job sites

• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and quality standards

• Ability to track labor, materials, and project progress

• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
