This role provides operational leadership within a centralized Integrated Project Management environment supporting complex enterprise and global customer programs.
You will coordinate teams responsible for purchasing, logistics, scheduling, project management, and project closeout across multi-site engagements.
The position plays an important role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with customer expectations.
You will partner closely with operations leadership to manage resources, financial execution, change orders, and customer requirements.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and support operational excellence initiatives aligned with strategic vertical-market and global/enterprise account objectives.
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate designated teams responsible for purchasing, project coordination, logistics, scheduling, project management, and project closeout.
• Support complex customer programs involving multiple projects, sites, locations, and business-as-usual activities, including programs spanning thousands of sites annually.
• Partner with the Operations Lead to monitor project financial execution, maintain cost control, and ensure change orders are properly documented and communicated to customers.
• Drive successful project execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Assess manpower and resource requirements based on customer needs and collaborate with operational leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and capacity planning.
• Provide team leadership, guidance, mentoring, and facilitation to promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and ensure projects remain aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Perform additional operational and supervisory responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• College degree, trade school qualification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in operations, project coordination, project management, field services, or a related environment.
• Previous project supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in engineering, field operations, or project management is advantageous.
• Background in electronic systems, fire alarm and life safety, building automation, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective operational execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, mentoring, and facilitation capabilities.
• Solid financial and analytical skills, including experience with cost control and project financial management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-project environment while maintaining accountability for deadlines, quality, and customer outcomes.
