Product and Privacy Counsel

As a full-time Product and Privacy Counsel, the successful candidate will manage the scaling of Brex's privacy program, provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory compliance, and negotiate data-related contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Scale Data Privacy and Security Programs by enhancing data security and privacy initiatives in collaboration with engineering and business teams Implement Global Privacy Compliance processes to ensure adherence to domestic and international regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Provide Product and Regulatory Advice, offering legal oversight and compliance guidance throughout the product lifecycle Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in law firms or technology/fintech companies focusing on privacy and financial regulatory issues Deep understanding of CCPA, GDPR, and financial regulatory regulations J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar admission in at least one U.S. state Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and time-sensitive projects Exceptional judgment and integrity, with a product-minded approach to legal challenges Virtual Vocations Inc
