Supervisor, Sales Support (Lincoln)

The Supervisor, Sales Support is responsible for effectively leading and coaching a Sales Support Team. They will foster an environment where team members thrive with clear lines of work and supportive partnerships as we deliver RB commitments to each other and to our customers. Responsibilities Develop team and individual contributor metrics and KPIs to align with the department and corporate goals and promote a positive team culture that enables change. Conduct regular team meetings to cascade and discuss objectives and execution plans. Manage the performance of the team including recruitment, training, coaching, planning, appraising and monitoring member contribution. Liaise with RSMs, Sales Directors, VPs and TMs to ensure well-coordinated regional activity including promotions and product launches and collaborate with all sales leaders to drive revenue. Solicit regular feedback from RSMs and Sales Directors and proactively resolve any issues as needed. In the absence of a dedicated Coordinator, support TMs as their single point of contact within the consignment to cash process, across all selling platforms. Implement effective change management strategies during organizational and process change to ensure smooth transitions and optimal execution within the team. Recommend new and/or amended processes to Director, Sales and Transaction Support that will enhance customer experience and increase Sales Partner customer face time. Ensure consistency in processes and effective execution within their team. Establish priorities for the team and effectively communicate to ensure that they are met in a timely manner and updated as needed. Monitor performance of the team and monitor sales teams consignment volume to ensure adequate support coverage is allocated. Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience is achieved. Provide guidance and solutions to team members when an asset/customer issue is escalated to them. Solicit feedback from RSMs on any issue within the Sales Partner and coordinator working relationship and resolve as needed. Assess current business processes and identify where changes could result in financial and operational efficiencies. Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years working in customer service, account support or sales. Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team. Experience in an office or auction site setting.
