We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism. Provide home‑based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment (most often in the home). Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play‑based activities. Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high‑quality ABA services. Part‑time schedule: 9–15 hours per week, typically afternoons (3–7pm preferred). What You Bring to the Role Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred). Active RBT Certification. Genuine passion for working with children. Willingness to learn and grow.
