This opportunity allows the incoming physician to step into an established patient base with immediate volume while also helping expand their robotics service line. Hospital Highlights:

• Da Vinci Xi robot available with plenty of block time
• Well-equipped clinic with urodynamics, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and in-office procedures
• 8 OR suites including a dedicated urology suite
• EPIC EMR with Abridge AI scribe

Practice Highlights:

• General Urology position with three experienced physicians; mentorship available for new grads
• Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests within a general urology framework
• Dedicated support staff including RN and MA per physician
• Onsite surgery scheduler available
• Robotics experience strongly preferred, not required
• Leadership opportunities available, particularly in robotics and program development
• Quick ramp-up with immediate patient volume
• 4.5-day workweek with balanced clinic and OR time
• Average 20-30 patients per day with strong referral base and no local competition
• 1:4 Call schedule. No trauma burden; majority of call is non-emergent
