Ignite the Power of Communication in Thriving North Texas – Become Our Next Speech Language Pathologist
Imagine a role where each day brings the opportunity to spark inspiration and facilitate understanding – that's what awaits you as a Speech Language Pathologist in one of the North Texas's expanding suburbs. Here, your expertise will not just attend to communication and swallowing challenges but will also empower self-assurance and foster connections among individuals of all ages — from energetic toddlers experimenting with their first words to resilient seniors rekindling their independence.
This position offers an exceptional chance to engage with a diverse array of clients spanning various age groups in a dynamic environment that harmonizes outpatient therapy with periodic inpatient tasks. Whether your passion lies in nurturing pediatric speech milestones, addressing adult neurogenic language impediments, or supporting geriatric cognitive-linguistic recovery, you'll discover both satisfaction and adaptability in your role.
Assess clients from pediatric to geriatric demographics through standardized instruments and observational methods.
Create individualized therapeutic strategies that target both immediate challenges and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.
Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions concentrating on communication, language fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nursing staff, medical professionals, caregivers, and families to design integrated care plans.
Provide education to patients and their families to support achievements beyond therapy sessions.
Occasionally administer inpatient speech therapy assessments and treatments, ensuring consistent care throughout the patient journey.
Maintain complete and punctual documentation in accordance with local, federal, and internal regulations.
Stay engaged with the latest industry developments through continuous learning and collaboration with peers.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been obtained.
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) granted by ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification should be completed within the first month of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based treatment practices suited for all age groups, with in-depth knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional communication skills, fostering relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
Ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to embrace diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
Strong clinical judgment paired with effective problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating electronic health records and adhering to documentation protocols.
Competitive salary aligned with your experience.
Flexible work hours to promote a healthy work-life balance and varied caseloads.
Opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday remuneration.
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
Support for continuing education and career advancement.
A collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality care and ongoing learning.
A Journey That Transforms Lives — and Your Own
As a valued Speech Language Pathologist here, you will not just deliver therapeutic services — you will become an integral part of a community-centered mission dedicated to amplifying voices, enhancing communication, and generating joy through the vital, human moments of connection and understanding.
You will partner with clinicians who view each other as family in a workplace that champions collaboration over competition. Every patient presents a unique narrative; you will play an essential role in helping them articulate their journey.

Who We Seek
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist, motivated by the outcomes of their practice but equally by the humanity they encounter. You are the type who sees a reserved child and imagines a future of confident communication, who listens to a stroke survivor and identifies the strength in their struggle.
You may be a pediatric-focused specialist eager to explore adult therapeutic avenues — or perhaps you're a clinician with a neuro-rehabilitation background seeking to embrace early intervention methodologies.
If you're ready to serve with heart and lead with expertise, we eagerly await your arrival.
Let's Speak the Same Language — Apply Today
If you recognize that speech transcends mere sound, and therapy exceeds routine tasks — if you champion the importance of trust in achieving goals and value laughter as much as language — then this may mark a remarkable chapter in your career journey.
Join a community devoted to nurturing communication, building connections, and demonstrating the courage to embark on anew. Apply today to lend your voice to our team — and empower others to discover theirs.
