Supervisor Responsibilities: No
Location: 121 W. 154th St in Harvey, IL
Shift: Monday – Friday from 830am – 5pm
Purpose: The Receptionist performs duties associated with office operations and interacts with all levels of staff.
Responsibilities:
- Opens and closes the office
- Greets visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answers telephones, takes messages, and direct calls
- Orders office supplies and distributes supplies to staff
- Maintains up-to0dat listing of names, addresses, and phone numbers of parents/guardians
- Serves as school secretary and prepares billing
- Prepares and updates face sheets
- Participates in in quality improvement activities
- Takes photos of new admissions and prepares admission face sheet
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of office management/administrative support experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with various socioeconomic populations is a plus.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
