Client Details My client is a nationwide Owners Rep firm headquartered in Manhattan, managing over $1 billion in annual projects on behalf of their clients. Founded in the mid 1990s, my client has grown to employ over 90 dedicated professionals. The firm operates across multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, and Hospitality. They're commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has established them as a leading authority in the construction management industry. Description This role will lead three major law firm build-outs while overseeing additional corporate interiors and smaller legal projects.- Oversee full lifecycle project management from precon to closeout
- Act as primary client representative and trusted advisor
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and reporting for stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively drive solutions
- Support business growth and client relationship development
- 10+ years of construction/project management experience
- Strong background in interiors (law firms, corporate, tenant fit-outs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Experience leading high-profile, client-facing engagements
- Strong financial oversight and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive team success
