Payroll Administrator

Payroll We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support our Payroll team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience with ADP Vantage. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing payroll processes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity Review payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptlyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Partner with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related activities Support payroll system updates, testing, and process improvements Required Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist Previous payroll processing experience Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage is required Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification Experience processing payroll for large or multi-state employee populations Experience working in manufacturing or corporate environments Why Join Us?
