Crisis Mobile Specialist- CPSS - Idaho Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Specialist (CPSS) is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role aims to triage the immediate crisis situation, recommend an appropriate intervention, and help the individual in crisis transition to the most suitable level of care, when applicable. Skills / Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders. Current valid ID Driver’s License. Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record. C-PRSS Certification required.
