Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Melvindale, Michigan

Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and elementary-aged populations. Skills in teletherapy platforms as well as in-person service delivery. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities. Background in healthcare or schools highly valued. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat elementary students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Deliver therapy sessions in both traditional and remote formats to accommodate various student needs. Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings. Consult with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to provide guidance and support for student communication needs. Maintain thorough and timely records, progress reports, and documentation as required. Engage in professional growth and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to positive student outcomes.
