Job Summary Primary responsibilities include management of a large loan portfolio relative to the size of the market and other lenders in the market. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities. Essential Functions All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. Manage a large sized loan portfolio relative to the size of the market and other lenders in the market. Market and originate loans and business deposit products and Treasury Management services to businesses. Administer a portfolio of loans originated maintaining asset quality and conducting appropriate collection efforts. Refer prospects to Wealth Management. Lending authority commensurate with lending skills and experience. Education and Experience The position requires a college degree in business, preferably a major in finance, accounting, or economics. Experience of 8-15 years of lending and managing relationships is required. Required Skills and Knowledge Skills required are general management skills, financial analysis, sales, relationship management and involvement in community activities, along with good communication skills, verbal and written. The person in this position should be able to interview the customer and structure and negotiate very complex loans with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills for spreadsheet preparation, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations are required. Knowledge of business and personal deposit, treasury management, and loan products including SBA requirements are required. Required Licenses and/or Certifications None Physical Demands Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. Working Conditions Normal office conditions. There may be a limited amount of travel.
