North Carolina Employee Relations Manager

Providing comprehensive support in employee relations, the full-time remote North Carolina Employee Relations Manager will manage disciplinary processes, performance management efforts, and policy development while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities Manage employee disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting investigations and ensuring proper documentation Lead performance management initiatives, monitoring progress and providing necessary HR communications and resources Review and assist in policy development, ensuring compliance with updated laws and providing guidance to employees Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Four years of experience in Human Resources, including one year of supervisory leadership experience Experience in coaching/discipline, grievance investigations, performance management, and policy development Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations HR certification preferred, such as PHR or SHRM CP
