DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Shipping & Logistics
1. Process shipments using Epicor ERP and print shipping labels for containers and products
2. Prepare and verify packing slips, shipping labels, and shipment documentation
3. Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
4. Coordinate shipping activities, including international, with customers, carriers, and transportation providers
5. Create inventory receipts for products entering finished goods inventory

1. Accounts Receivable
   1. Price shipments
   2. Communicate with customers
   3. Collections of past dues
   4. Process payments
2. Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and carriers
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret work instructions, procedures, and manuals

• Ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing or industrial shipping clerk experience is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This work may be performed in both an office and manufacturing setting. Work performed in a manufacturing setting will have moderate to high levels of noise due to machinery and equipment. The temperature of the facility will vary based on outside weather conditions and the use of personal protective equipment for safety compliance may be required as deemed necessary by management. This position may include overtime as deemed necessary by management
