In this role, you will play a critical part in helping merchants and clients keep their payment operations running smoothly by delivering timely, effective solutions that drive business continuity and customer confidence. What you'll own Deliver successful client outcomes by resolving technical payment and point-of-sale (POS) issues efficiently, minimizing disruption and helping merchants maintain uninterrupted business operations. Build client confidence and loyalty through expert problem-solving, clear communication and consistent delivery of high-quality support experiences. Drive faster issue resolution by leveraging available tools, documentation and research capabilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Strengthen operational excellence by maintaining accurate support records and insights that improve service quality, enhance visibility and support informed business decisions. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, identifying emerging trends and helping enhance processes, resources and support practices across the team. What you'll bring Experience providing technical support or customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering positive customer outcomes. Ability to investigate issues, evaluate information and apply sound judgment to resolve routine to moderately complex technical challenges. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients with varying levels of technical expertise. Proficiency using computer systems, business applications and support tools to manage inquiries, document resolutions and drive efficient service delivery. Demonstrated commitment to accountability, continuous learning and delivering high-quality results with minimal day-to-day supervision. It's a bonus if you have Experience supporting payment technology, point-of-sale (POS) systems or merchant services environments. Knowledge of the payments industry, including payment processing concepts, regulations or industry practices.
