As a Caregiver with Nurse Next Door, you: Always put clients first Have a warm, compassionate, and caring heart Build strong relationships with clients and families Go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences Follow through on commitments with professionalism and reliability Think creatively and proactively to improve quality of life Thrive independently while working collaboratively with the care team Responsibilities Create Happier Aging experiences for seniors in their homes and community Assist clients with activities of daily living including: Personal care Bathing and grooming Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Laundry Companionship Transportation and errands Review and follow individualized care plans Accurately complete documentation and visit records Maintain open communication with the Care Designer and office team Observe and report changes in client condition or environment Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment Deliver exceptional customer service and premium client care Respond promptly to scheduling updates and communication from the Care Services Center Qualifications Prior caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or healthcare experience preferred Current healthcare certification preferred (CNA/HHA) Strong communication skills in English Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and responsibly Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance preferred Negative TB test Ability to pass background and criminal clearance Two positive professional references Schedule & Availability We provide care 24/7, so flexibility is important.
