Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of critical tasks essential for patient care, including:

• Providing personalized psychotherapy to individuals addressing mental health concerns within the context of substance abuse treatment.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and devise individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-oriented strategies.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for clients in recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records by adhering to regulatory guidelines, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Collaborating with a treatment team consisting of therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff for coordinated patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about available resources focused on mental health and substance abuse, empowering them on their recovery journey.
• Staying informed on the latest research within the field of social work and substance abuse interventions, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health concerns exacerbated by substance abuse. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and experiences. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits
