Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to comprehend clients' issues, history, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to students and their families, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to enhance client progress.
• Engage in collaborative sessions with clients to monitor their journey, celebrating milestones and addressing any barriers to success.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with legal regulations and professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse student population within the school system, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
