Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that elicit meaningful insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with clear goals and strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of each student.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning during emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and interventions, meeting all ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enhance peer connection and community building.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with students from various backgrounds, addressing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Nurturing a safe and confidential environment where students feel comfortable expressing their feelings and concerns is crucial in facilitating effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of professional experience within a mental health or outpatient setting.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and comprehensive assessment abilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
