Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ biopsychosocial needs to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and improved functioning.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse client issues.
• Engage in program planning, collaborating with psychiatrists and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Serve as a primary therapist in group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for sharing and healing.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in triage evaluations and crisis interventions with outpatient and inpatient teams, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and agency policies to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in assessments and treatment planning will be essential in providing quality care that meets the unique needs of each client. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic best practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing multidisciplinary care delivery.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in primary care or medical settings is highly desirable.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-focused therapy is preferred.
• Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
