Key Responsibilities

In this key role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health care through various therapeutic modalities:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage meaningful connections among clients. You'll create a safe space for sharing experiences and offer guidance to foster peer support and group cohesion.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client’s unique emotional and psychological needs. In these sessions, you'll help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while working collaboratively to develop personalized coping strategies and actionable goals.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and preferences. Incorporating evidence-based practices, you'll ensure that clients stay on track and motivated throughout their recovery journey.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate client progress effectively. Regularly adjust treatment plans as necessary based on these evaluations to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, regularly communicating to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, fostering an integrative approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid and unrestricted LPC license for the state of Colorado.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic skills, with a thorough understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient with technology and telehealth platforms, with a readiness to adapt to new tools as necessary.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Demonstrated experience working with teen and young adult populations.
• Previous telehealth experience or familiarity with providing remote counseling services.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems available to young adults.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
