Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions designed to cultivate a safe environment for clients to share experiences, practice interpersonal skills, and learn from one another.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic support and personalized counseling, assisting clients in exploring their emotional landscapes, identifying challenges, and developing robust coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Partner with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and preferences, ensuring maximum engagement in their recovery journey.
• Conduct Progress Monitoring: Use standardized assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and document clients' progress, modifying treatment plans in collaboration with them to meet their evolving needs.
• Collaborate within a Multidisciplinary Team: Regularly engage with other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to discuss client cases, coordinate care strategies, and share insights that contribute to holistic client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses specifically on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are often experiencing transitions in life and facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or identity issues. By providing specialized care tailored to their developmental stage, you will have the opportunity to foster resilience and support their progress towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with young populations.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic approaches in mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in a therapeutic setting.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
