Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with clients in a secure and confidential manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Stay current with developments in counseling practices by engaging in ongoing education and research, and integrate evidence-based techniques into your sessions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and client caseload.
