Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, empowering you to provide therapy solutions through teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges.
• Design and implement tailored treatment programs that align with individual client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques to encourage personal growth and resilience.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and actively track their progress throughout the treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals and families, providing a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and struggles.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build secure and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to oversee a busy caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly in family or relationship therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
