Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring ethical practices and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including solution-focused techniques, to enable clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, integrating client strengths and needs into personalized strategies for growth.
• Help clients explore and understand their feelings, experiences, and relationships to foster insight and self-awareness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and competence in your counseling abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and hours worked.
