We are family owned and operated and continue to support our community with our family tradition of honesty, quality, and value.We're looking for a HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team: This is a pivotal position in our office and the initial contact with our customers and requires someone with excellent customer service skills, and high attention to detail.Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience + commissionsHours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm | On-Call rotation Benefits:Medical 70% employer paid for employeeDental insuranceVision insurancePaid vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours3 Paid Sick days (24 hours)401K6 Paid holidaysWhat You Will Be Doing: Answering incoming callsMaintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and verifying all information as each job is closed outSchedule return trips with customers when parts are in for repairs.Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.Maintain customer database with current information.Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customersJob costing and some project & labor management.Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of related experience in an office setting, dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, and Adobe.Experience with CRM databasesHVAC or similar industry experience - Desired Geographical knowledge of Dallas area
