Responsibilities Mobile Assessor PRN 12 hours Varied Shifts at Behavioral Health Connections, Tempe, AZ. Provide mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommend appropriate level of treatment based on assessment of risk factors, and triage patients to appropriate services. Qualifications Education Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field. License / Certification Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-A) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital Valid driver’s license Experience Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling Mobile assessment experience preferred EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
