CDMO Relationship Manager - Capital

Location: Marlborough, MA Department: Operations – External Manufacturing Reports To: Director of Manufacturing & NPI About the Role CardioFocus is seeking a CDMO Relationship Manager – Capital to oversee operational performance of contract manufacturing partners producing our commercial catheter systems. This role ensures that external manufacturing partners deliver predictable output, stable quality, and clear execution against production commitments. You will serve as the primary operational interface between CardioFocus and our CDMO partners, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and quality to maintain reliable commercial production. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, structured communication skills, and experience managing external manufacturers in a regulated environment. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day operational relationships with contract manufacturers producing commercial catheter systems. Lead regular production cadence with CDMOs including build reviews, risk tracking, and recovery planning. Drive on-time delivery performance and ensure commitments are visible, realistic, and consistently met. Coordinate closely with NPI Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturing readiness and issue resolution. Escalate risks early and lead structured recovery plans when production commitments are at risk. Maintain clear documentation of commitments, actions, and production status to support internal leadership reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives with CDMO partners to strengthen manufacturing reliability and performance. What Success Looks Like CDMO partners operate with clear cadence, accountability, and communication. Manufacturing commitments are predictable and visible to internal teams. Production risks are surfaced early and addressed with structured recovery plans. External manufacturing relationships operate professionally in support of development project through commercial distribution. Compensation: Base salary target $135K-$160K + Performance Bonus Employment Type: Full time Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with employer match Minimum Qualifications Required 5–10+ years of experience managing external manufacturing partners or suppliers in a regulated industry. Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device preferred) Strong program management and operational coordination skills Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Experience working with catheter or interventional medical device manufacturing Experience supporting contract manufacturers or CDMOs Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 13485 in FDA-regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr CardioFocus ® Inc.
