Material Coordinator

Team Lead Position

We're hiring a Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor. If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where safety, efficiency, and teamwork matter every day, we want to meet you.

What will you do?

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout
• Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Warehouse Management intermediate level; coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy
• Customer Orientation intermediate level; ensuring fulfillment activities meet service expectations and delivery commitments
• Drives for Results intermediate level; leading your team to achieve productivity and quality targets consistently
• Problem Solving intermediate level; addressing operational issues quickly to minimize disruption
• Operational Health and Safety Management intermediate level; maintaining a safe work environment through compliance and proactive hazard management
• Continuous Improvement developing level; contributing ideas to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Change Management developing level; supporting the rollout of new procedures and systems on the floor
