Operator Technician 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

We are looking for an Operator Technician (7:00am-3:30pm). We are Faber-Castell Cosmetics, a division of Faber-Castell. Responsibilities Take ownership of your work and outcomes by operating equipment to safety and quality standards. Work on machines that produce our cosmetic pencils, stamp them, and/or package them in a clean room environment. Ensure equipment is maintained properly and handle any troubleshooting. Conduct in-process quality checks and take necessary actions on non-compliant pieces. Use problem-solving abilities to determine root causes. Maintain up-to-date documentation for quality control and work requests. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of hands-on machine operator experience. Ability to perform minor maintenance work on machines. Organized and able to follow a written process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
