Department Blue Learning, Enrollment Services Job Location In-house, Lewisville Full Time/Part Time Full-Time Salary Information Salary commensurate with experience Wage/Hour Status Exempt Reports to Director of Enrollment Services & Customer Care Position Summary: The K-12 Enrollment Coordinator oversees the student enrollment pipeline, serving as a vital operational bridge between individual campus teams, Enrollment Services’ Customer Care Team, and Enrollment Services’ leadership. This role does not involve direct family admissions handling; instead, the Enrollment Coordinator drives growth & efficiency by equipping schools with the tools and knowledge to manage the admission pipeline, inclusive of efforts that may involve the Enrollment Services’ Customer Care Team to assist families with submitting their application and/or registration forms. The ideal candidate blends systems-level thinking with exceptional stakeholder management to ensure an efficient, highly collaborative admissions process. Qualifications Education/Certification, and Experience: High School Diploma (required); Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university (preferred) 2+ years of experience in school admissions, district-level administration, or operations, with a strong track record of cross-functional team coordination. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Ability to proactively manage critical deadlines. Detail-oriented, process-oriented, organized, and resourceful. Exceptional coaching and communication skills. Ability to identify metrics and trends for identification of schools that need to be addressed as soon as possible. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Versed in systems that track enrollment records, student information records, as well as reporting dashboards and their inter-dependencies. Duties and Responsibilities: Track weekly enrollment metrics and application conversion rates to determine needed outreach / coordination. Engage directly with school leaders and admissions’ registrars / secretaries to identify areas of needed support or improvement for the procession of our admissions’ requests. Act as a subject matter expert related to the Department-determined SOPs related to handling of our enrollment workflow. Support school leaders and admissions’ registrars / secretaries with questions they have in the enrollment system navigation, and/or admission eligibility criteria. Assist in managing seasonal campaigns for new school activations, transfers during the open transfer window, and/or other enrollment-related initiatives supported by the organization. Act as a liaison for school admins and Enrollment Services Department leaders to discuss ideas / opportunities for coaching, system or SOP updates, or other support that could be provided to families and administrators as it relates to the admissions process. Participate in meetings with Enrollment Systems’ vendor and actively participate in conversations pertaining to facilitation of seamless student onboarding. Participate in meetings with Enrollment & Data Services team members to discuss improvements needed in our tracked metrics. All other duties as assigned..
