Driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations will manage strategic planning, forecasting, and sales technology while ensuring predictable revenue growth and high-performing go-to-market execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual business planning process and translate corporate revenue targets into actionable sales quotas Own forecasting cadence and partner with teams to drive forecast accuracy and accountability Manage the revenue tech stack and drive adoption of tools across the revenue organization Required Qualifications Deep experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence platforms like Gong Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience leveraging AI for process optimization Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills Ability to manage complex, global, cross-functional environments Strong organizational and program management skills
