Senior Director of Implementation

To build and implement an effective implementation process for Payment Integrity audit programs, the fully remote Senior Director of Implementation will manage high-performing teams, oversee onboarding activities, and ensure timely submission of client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Set up and lead high-performing teams in the implementation of end-to-end Payment Integrity programs, including Data Mining and audit types Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities, manage access, and support deliverable management processes Prepare executive status reports and project communications while ensuring adherence to quality assurance activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity 10+ years of experience in end-to-end client implementations for data mining and clinical coding programs Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Experience in budget, forecast, and resource management Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
