Supporting day-to-day HR operations for a growing nonprofit organization, the part-time Human Resources Manager will manage onboarding, payroll processing, and general HR administrative tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate hiring processes, including communication with candidates and new hires Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and maintain employee payroll records within ADP Facilitate onboarding processes and manage employee data updates within ADP Required qualifications 3+ years of related experience in HR Strong experience with ADP for payroll and employee management Ability to manage HR processes independently in a remote environment Familiarity with federal regulations regarding I-9 documentation Experience in troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries
