AGSIX Enterprises Incorporated (dba Bar-B-Clean) is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our teams in Sacramento, Modesto/Turlock, Reno/Tahoe, Boise, and Fresno. This commission-only position offers the opportunity to drive your own success while representing a company that values innovation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our products effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
