Xterra Site Works is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who understands underground utility construction, can manage multiple projects, and knows how to keep jobs moving from start to finish, on time and on budget.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in underground utilities, civil/sitework, or a related construction field
• Strong knowledge of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, change orders, and project documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with our field crews, general contractors, inspectors, and clients
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
