Quality Assurance Consultant

Salesforce QA TesterGenesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce QA Tester for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This individual will be accountable for ensuring that in-sprint testing, system integrated testing, and end-to-end regression testing are completed successfully. The role involves executing automation test scripts, reporting testing status to management, adhering to enterprise change management guidelines, and supporting business partners during UAT and post-production validation.Responsibilities:Execute in-sprint testing, system integrated testing, and end-to-end regression testingRun automation test scripts and report testing status to managementAdhere to enterprise change management guidelinesSupport business partners during UAT and post-production validationSupport the development team for critical defect triageCreate manual and automated software tests to identify functionality issuesAnalyze testing results and implement or communicate solutions to developersWork closely with and mentor other offshore team membersRequirements:5+ years of experience as a functional tester, including defect management and change management processes5+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing CloudExperience in Agentforce TestingExperience with Mobile testingExperience with SQL queriesExperience with Agile MethodologyExperience with UFT or Selenium test automationOrganized, motivated, team-player, and intellectually curiousStrong collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills:Salesforce Admin or Developer certificationSalesforce Agentforce Specialist CertificationExperience in SeleniumPay range: $49.37 - $57.37 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
