Join us and be part of a team where your impact drives our goal of Auto Done Easy! You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 8-5, with weekend availability one weekend a month for Month end activities - (we offer a alternative day off ). Location: 5300 Eagleston BlvdWesley Chapel, FL 33544 Compensation Range: $16.85-26.45, with a typical starting range of $19.00-22.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. We will establish final compensation through the interview process following applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You’ll Do Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule. Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center. Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking. Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition. Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager. Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting responsibilities when needed. What You’ll Bring We prefer 1+ years in a dealership environment or a candidate who processes car deals. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications. Create relationships with internal team members.
