We're looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to lead our Nichols Hills studio and help us create remarkable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do As Studio Manager, you'll lead by example every day. This is a hands-on leadership role—not a behind-the-desk management position. You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that consistently exceeds sales and service goals. Delivering an exceptional guest experience by building genuine relationships with members and first-time guests. Driving membership sales through education, consultations, and consistent follow-up. Coaching your team through daily training, accountability, and performance development. Building referral relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, medical professionals, luxury apartments, hotels, and wellness partners. Executing grassroots marketing initiatives, networking events, and community outreach to grow brand awareness. Making outbound calls and following up with prospective guests to introduce them to the Perspire experience. Monitoring studio performance through KPIs including memberships, intro sessions, retention, retail sales, and guest satisfaction. Maintaining a beautiful, organized studio while ensuring all operational standards and processes are consistently followed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A proven leader with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. A natural coach who enjoys developing people and celebrating their success. Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven. Exceptionally detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills. A genuine people person who easily starts conversations and builds lasting relationships. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective members. Experienced with grassroots marketing, networking, and B2B relationship building. Solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Professional, energetic, and positive under pressure. Passionate about health, wellness, hospitality, or fitness. Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
