Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Gas Location: Rochester/Albany, NY (Home-based) Salary: $90,000~$120,000 + Incentive Employment Type: Full-Time/Exempt Other: Travel required About the Role: A growing industrial gas solutions company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory. This is an outside sales role focused on developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with experience selling industrial Gas products. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the territory Identify new sales opportunities through market and industry research Promote the company's industrial gas products and solutions Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing Track opportunities, sales activities, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM Achieve and exceed territory sales and revenue goals Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred 3+ years of B2B Industrial Gases sales experience. Proven success in new business development and managing long sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory Must reside within the assigned geographic territory
