Amazon Quick helps enterprises put AI agents to work across their business. We build business process automation for Quick: agents that run the processes a business depends on such as multi-step SOPs approvals and workflows spanning several systems of record. These agents run unattended at high volume under governance controls and with the reliability customers expect from production systems.

You will have the opportunity to lead engineering teams that own systems already running large-scale workloads for enterprise customers and take them to the next level of scale reliability and adoption. We are seeking a leader who is energized by complex technical challenges and by building teams that push the boundaries of whats possible with AI. This is a high-visibility high-impact role within the Amazon Quick organization with direct influence on product direction and on how enterprises adopt agentic automation.

* Lead and grow engineering teams that build and operate agent execution orchestration and governance systems
* Own delivery and operational excellence for production services with high availability and correctness requirements
* Partner with product science and peer engineering teams to define the roadmap and decide what to build
* Drive architecture decisions for distributed scalable and secure systems including identity access control auditability and runtime policy enforcement
* Hire develop and retain a high-performing team and raise the bar on engineering practices
* Work directly with internal and external customers to turn their processes into product requirements

- 10 years of engineering experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
