Georgia Licensed Performance Expert

To enhance the physical and psychological resilience of Soldiers and Department of Defense personnel, the full-time Georgia Licensed Performance Expert will instruct on holistic strength and conditioning approaches, assess training impacts, and provide tailored educational programs, working onsite at Fort Benning, Georgia. Key responsibilities Instruct individuals on holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience, ensuring effective training delivery Assess training impact through surveys and After-Action Reviews, providing comprehensive reports to leadership Develop and facilitate tailored educational programs and workshops to enhance resilience and performance skills among participants Required qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport and/or performance psychology Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and relevant regulations Certification to deliver lessons as a Performance Expert prior to task performance Ability to develop critical thinking and skills to overcome challenges through resilience training
