Texas Licensed Performance Expert

To enhance the physical and psychological health of Soldiers and their families, the full-time Texas Licensed Performance Expert will provide resilience training and performance enhancement instruction, assess training effectiveness, and develop tailored educational programs, working primarily onsite at Fort Hood, Texas. Key responsibilities Instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength, conditioning, and resilience while conducting training intake and developing training plans Assess training impact through surveys and After-Action Reviews, providing feedback and maintaining training records Deliver training focused on resilience and performance enhancement, empowering leaders with communication and counseling skills Required qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport and/or performance psychology Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and Department of Defense personnel Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and related policies Certification and evaluation required prior to performing Performance Expert tasks
