Account ManagerDealmed is the fastest growing medical supply manufacturer and distributor in the US. As we expand our reach into new markets, we are looking for additional talent to complement our growing team of professionals. We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to work in our Brooklyn office, to grow market share both locally and nationally.Responsibilities/Duties:Pursuing new business using cold-calls as well as warm leads.Maintain and upsell existing customersWin back old customers50- 70 outbound calls a dayMonthly goal achievementUse of company CRM to track daily activity as well as pipelineDevelop a strong relationship with customers via calls, texts and e-mail.Working closely with sales management to develop sales strategy.Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to managementQualifications:Proven success vs goals and quotasStrong communication skills both written and verbalMultitasker and problem solverKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience:B2B inside Sales experience preferredMedical sales experience or medical supply knowledge preferredMultilingual not required but a plusBenefits:Health InsuranceDental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Free 100K Life and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Supplemental InsuranceSalary:$40,000 - $55,000 per year plus commission
