Transition Coordinator

Position Details: Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (Must reside in the State of Florida) Status: Full Time (non-exempt) Days/Shift: Monday - Friday Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional weekends The Transition Coordinator will work on-site on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Responsible for leading a varied team to manage all activities surrounding the opening, closing, acquiring, and movement of physician practices and individual physicians and ACPs within BayCare Medical Group. This activity includes ensuring physical locations, equipment, marketing, systems, and support is in place to ensure the smooth onboarding of the practice and provider. Specific Skills Work with minimal supervision Multi-tasking skills Written and verbal communication skills Computer skills appropriate to position Customer service skills Equipment use and maintenance appropriate for position Work in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree with 5 years Project Management or 5 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations OR High School degree with 8 years Project Management OR 8 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations and/or a combination of both experience types.
