This role is designed for a professional who is deeply connected to the region and someone who understands the municipalities, utilities, regulators, funding programs, and stakeholders that shape infrastructure decisions across this part of the state.This role ensures profitability and financial health of the region, leads strategic planning efforts aligned with company goals, and drives growth through client engagement, business development, and cross‑selling opportunities.
